Thank you to all 40+ youth that signed up to ski with our local pros 🤘 It's amazing to see so many kids on skis, loving life, sliding down mountains, and learning life skills from their mentors. Rossland has a special way of giving back to its community and we are happy to provide a platform to promote a healthy active lifestyle. A big shout out to all of the coaches for making it such a special opportunity for these young shredders!

2nd annual - Local Legends Freeski Day
youth mentorship program
Presented by The North Face
One day freeski camp for youth aged 9-18yrs.
Ski with the pros and well known athletes in Rossland
Learn life skills, both physical and mental, and become confident skier
Coaches/Mentors: Dane Tudor, Mike Hopkins, Jeff Ashton, Kirsty Exner, Jess Kuzik, Ryan Lachapelle, Jamie Rizzuto, Sean Ennis, Simon Hillis (TBD)
WHO - Youth aged 9-18yrs: Strong intermediate to expert skiers
WHAT - all funds raised will be donated to the Team GIVE'R Foundation to help kids get into the sport of skiing and support those striving to chase their dreams and follow their passions.
WHERE - Red Mountain Resort
WHEN - Sunday January 14, 2024. Post ski apres in the Conference Room from 3 - 4:30pm. Food provided and prizes to be given out!
WHY - Life is about going for it! To Give it all you Got and Give Back!
